View attachment 15994 Medium rare ribeye and some sweet corn sitting on the deck in the mountains. I'm looking towards @CZfool68 in this shot from down in Boone.
Our place has a great view but is in a small neighborhood with not much of a yard. Always trade offs. Our place does not have a view. And certainly not that view. Very nice.
The "Shrimp and Grits" is outstanding there. Be sure to get the potatoes and slaw they offer before the meal. All really good stuff.Thinking about going here tonight.... if the boss agrees that is. lol

FIFY. Yuck!!!!!We were there a couple of weeks ago and the chargrilled boogers were excellent. Had I realized they were going to be that good, I'd have ordered more than a dozen.
Yessir....that's an awesome combo. Coat em with mayo and Chile powder then grill. Add a squeeze of lime and sprinkle of sea salt and parm cheese and it'll make you wanna slap somebody. It's Mexican Street Corn.....also available on every corner in Brazil. We have Hot Dog carts and they have Corn Carts

I haven't eaten yet. Downside of end-of-vacation travel...
The most pitiful dinner imaginable for someone with a job.
Some leftover spaghetti sauce, some baked Cheesy Poofs, and two cans of Vienna sausages coated in flaming rain lime hot sauce.
